President

Gavin Light founded G Light Equity from his Air Force Academy dorm room in 2008. Thanks to a small loan he received from USAA, he bought his first fix and flip at a public trustee sale, and that launched a lifelong passion for real estate investing.  

Upon leaving the Air Force in 2014, Gavin accelerated the value-add business for small multifamily assets in Southern Colorado. Then in 2019 he ventured into new construction, taking parcels from pre-entitlement to finished product. 

Gavin continues to earn his reputation as a collaborative, win-win investor on the several projects that he is working on. He is involved with many great organizations like the Housing and Building Association, Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, charities, and more. He is excited to expand his multifamily niche as a value-add investor and new construction developer in Southern Colorado.
